Further Issues
The following are some very brief notes on further issues which need in depth discussion:
4.1 Content and Standards Forum. This will take some time to establish and we need to talk to key players such as the BBC, Channel 4, Open University, data aggregators and brokers.
4.2 Rendered and Bespoke. We need to establish some principles and quantum for bespoke data commissioning.
4.3 Identity, Profiles and Security. We have discussed the trade off between providing personal information and receiving bespoke data reports but we have not resolved the issue, particularly at the level of the basic log-in.
4.4 Brands and Strands. Do we want to use the brand across, for example, an open Internet system and a digital television walled garden?
